At LeadFamly, we are changing the way Marketers interact with their customers through the use of gamification and we are working with 500+ of Europe’s best loved brands to help them do just that. To support our rapid growth in the UK market we are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join the team based in London.

About the position

The role is to help onboard, educate and evangelise about the benefits of gamification to our customers. This will require a strong customer focused ethos, a structured approach, honed relationship building skills, alongside being a team player. The LeadFamly platform is predominantly owned by the marketing function, so experience in and knowledge of marketing, particularly digital marketing, is key.


  • Independently manage a portfolio of clients across a range of different brands
  • Build close customer relationships with the client users of the platform
  • Onboard and activate new customers and re-activate existing users ensuring they are maximising the opportunities that the platform offers 
  • Advise and assist our customers to make game-campaigns that create value for them and their target audience, including conceptualisation of campaigns using insights and ROI discussions
  • Be your customers’ go-to person for best practices and advice, understanding their individual KPI’s and how LeadFamly can enable them to achieve their goals
  • Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Capture feedback for the product team and whole organisation.
  • Monitor customer successes to gather and distribute these stories internally and externally, requesting permissions for building case studies and testimonials


Skills & experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience gained from an agency/MarTech/AdTech or similar organisation
  • Structured mindset with time management skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of marketing, particularly digital marketing including Social Media, eCommerce, CRM and email marketing
  • Experience with/understanding of automated retention programs
  • Agility and openness to the transitional culture of a start-up-minded company
  • Fluent in English
