To support our rapid growth in the UK market we are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join the team based in London.
About the position
The role is to help onboard, educate and evangelise about the benefits of gamification to our customers. This will require a strong customer focused ethos, a structured approach, honed relationship building skills, alongside being a team player. The LeadFamly platform is predominantly owned by the marketing function, so experience in and knowledge of marketing, particularly digital marketing, is key.
